Hi! I’m Lauren!

I am a coach that will help Build Your Own Empire. I am the owner and operator of Lauren Harger Coaching and Consulting and I provide online coaching and courses to help improve your career and live the life you have dreamed of.

I have been in the personal wellness space for my career, and after years of personal training and aquatics (from being on the ground floor to a director and regional level) and helping my team find their way in the world, I decided to pivot to personal growth. I started my business as a life coach in 2020 and haven't looked back since.

I went to Ball State University where I swam Division 1 (chirp chirp!), and I live in the Bay Area with my husband Patrick, and our two sons Zayden and Oliver (our fur child). In my spare time, I love to hang with family and friends, cook, crochet, and I am always looking to learn.
